Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Small to medium items ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx Ground, usually leaving the warehouse within 1–3 business days and arriving in approximately 2–5 business days. Larger items are shipped via LTL/Freight truck, with delivery generally taking 7–10 business days, depending on your ZIP code.

If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, buyers are responsible for shipping costs both ways, as we have already paid to ship the merchandise to you.
Some brands charge us 15% restocking fee for buyer’s-remorse returns so we have to charge as well to recoup our cost. However, we will try to waive this fee when possible and will inform you prior to your return. Modway products have no restocking fee.
