🔄Returns & Exchange Policy
At Plaza Home Decor, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
🛠️Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available — at NO COST to you.
📦 General Returns (Non-Defective Items)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping.
Otherwise, buyers are responsible for shipping costs both ways, as we have already paid to ship the merchandise to you.
Some brands charge us 15% restocking fee for buyer’s-remorse returns so we have to charge as well to recoup our cost. However, we will try to waive this fee when possible and will inform you prior to your return.
Modway products have no restocking fee.
Defective or damaged items always qualify for zero cost replacement or return.

❌Cancelling an Order
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately for a same-day full refund.
If your item has shipped, you must refuse delivery so it returns to us.
A 15% restocking fee and shipping both ways will apply. NO RESTOCKING Fee applies for all MODWAY products.

Available at an additional cost. Fees vary by product size and weight.
If a driver assists you beyond threshold delivery without an authorized upgrade, any property damage is the customer’s responsibility.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Rare exceptions (quality control or inventory issues) may cause delays — you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund, with no restocking fee.
