Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Small to medium items ship viaUPS, USPS, or FedEx Ground, usually leaving the warehouse within 1–3 business days and arriving in approximately 2–5 business days. Larger items are shipped via LTL/Freight truck, with delivery generally taking7–10 business days, depending on your ZIP code.
You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available — at NO COST to you.
📦 General Returns (Non-Defective Items)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping.
Otherwise, buyers are responsible for shipping costs both ways, as we have already paid to ship the merchandise to you.
Some brands charge us 15% restocking fee for buyer’s-remorse returns so we have to charge as well to recoup our cost. However, we will try to waive this fee when possible and will inform you prior to your return.
Modway products have no restocking fee.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives defective or damaged, we willreplace the item or issue a full refundif a replacement is not available —at no cost to you. We will provide a prepaidreturn shipping label (or pick-up label for freight shipments) to make the process easy and hassle-free.
